Payment & Cancellation Policy

• 50% of total cost will need to pay as deposit upon your booking confirmation.
• The full payment needs to be paid on the departure day.
• 50% Refund for the cancellation 05 days before the departure day & customers have to pay for all the banking fee if there is any.
• All your deposit is non-refundable for the cancellation less than 05 days.

Remark

Please book 2 days in advance. It would be much easier for us to arrange the guide, bus and all other services involved. In case you are in short notice booking, please drop us an email for checking availability!

Contact with us for a day in advance if you want to add your personal gears (Paddle, saddle…) to our bikes.
